· Discussed approach to “interview” Mohammed ( potential treasurer/accountant)
· Expressed importance to communicate through blog and utilize more.
· Abbas to inquire about requirements of establishing association. Exact process.
· Wrote to Jawad ( potential committee member, French resident) to communicate his ideas and present himself.
· Collect C.V – Rose, Jawad and Jamal to submit.
· Looked through Business plan content and translated subtitles.
P.M. Present : Jamal, Jess, Abbas, Rose, Mohammed.
· Met Mohammed who agreed to partake in the association.
· Wrote first draft of association constitution. ( see attached file)
Missions
· To obtain exact information on requirements of association commencement.
· Assist with business plan research. See business plan content.
· Research venues.
· Selectively invite people to join association.
· Name Association.
